I'm Stephen Pruitt a Lighting and Production Designer in Austin, Texas 

I've been a lighting, scenic, media and production designer for over thirty years, working with dance, theater, and experimental performance in both traditional venues and outrageous settings. I love making familiar places feel new and strange, and making spaces that have never been used for performance feel exciting and wonderous. I'm based in Austin, but I've designed or toured to nearly every state, and half a dozen countries.
